Over the last several years, we have continued to grow from a small shop to currently having over 40 team members and we are looking to hire several more individuals to continue along our sustainable growth plan. We are currently seeking out two new team members to add to our Residential / Commercial New Construction Install division.
Minimum experience requirements are that the individual have at least 4 years in the field that they are applying for and hold a current Allen County Journeyman license. If you do not have those qualifications, please do not apply to this position. We have other openings on another post for our apprenticeship programs.
Pay scale is based on experience and we offer potential merit increases throughout the year (not just at a certain quarter) based on individual and company performance. Starting wage can be at or over $33/hr based on previous experience.
We understand that the qualified individual may currently have work requirements during the normal business hours and we are more than happy to meet afterhours or on weekends as needed. We look forward to meeting you!
